About the role
We are looking for an Admin Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support while driving Emiratization initiatives. The role ensures smooth departmental operations and contributes to the development of Emirati talent within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative assistance, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as required.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for Emirati candidates.
- Ensure compliance with Emiratization policies and maintain related records.
- Prepare reports and maintain databases related to Emiratization goals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Emiratization policies and objectives is preferred.
