Admin & Finance Accountant (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an Admin & Finance Accountant to build our regional financial foundation at our Dubai headquarters. The role reports to the Regional Head of Finance (MEINA) and supports the finance team in day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and code vendor invoices, retail expenses and supplier bills into the corporate ERP system.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs via bank platforms, ensuring required approvals.
• Monitor customer and wholesale balances, allocate incoming payments and follow up on ageing receivables.
• Maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, perform statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist the senior finance team and Regional Head of Finance during month‑end closing, including accrual preparation and reporting.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial archives to meet internal control and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of operational experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting, preferably in a retail or multinational environment in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in Dubai.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping and double‑entry accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with modern accounting software or ERP systems.
