AI Consultant – Banking Go-to-Market

About the role

As an AI Consultant within NTT DATA’s Global Banking and Financial Services AI Go‑to‑Market team, you will help shape and grow the AI business across the Middle East. You will work closely with AI architects, engineering teams, sales and industry leaders to advise leading financial institutions on their AI transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Engage executive stakeholders across retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management and capital markets.
• Facilitate workshops, maturity assessments and discovery sessions to define AI strategies, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and support the development of business cases, proposals and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Advise clients on responsible AI, model risk management, data residency, operational resilience and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to shape AI offerings and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent communication and executive presence in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region.
