AI-Enabled Pharmaceutical R&D Officer

About the role

Medisal Pharmaceuticals Industry LLC is seeking an AI‑Enabled Pharmaceutical R&D Officer to drive innovative product development. The role blends pharmaceutical science with artificial‑intelligence‑supported research to explore new formulations, dosage forms, and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct R&D research for new IV solutions, injectables, sterile and critical‑care products.
• Utilise AI tools to analyse formulations, active ingredients, excipients, strengths and compatibility.
• Review scientific literature, pharmacopeial references, regulatory guidelines and technical data.
• Assess feasibility of manufacturing, packaging, quality control, stability and registration.
• Prepare detailed product development notes and R&D study reports for management and technical teams.
• Support regulatory, QA, QC and production teams with research‑based information.
• Track new and ongoing development opportunities and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, dosage forms, stability and product development.
• Interest in AI‑supported research methods and ability to synthesize technical information.
• Excellent English writing and report preparation skills.
