AI Lead – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking an AI Lead for a 6‑month engagement with an insurance client in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end design and delivery of an agentic AI platform that combines multi‑agent systems, vision‑language models, voice interfaces, and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design for multi‑agent AI systems, including orchestration, workflows, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Make build‑vs‑buy decisions and select appropriate models and platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Design and implement multi‑modal AI solutions that integrate text, vision, and voice capabilities.
• Define voice AI strategy (STT/TTS) and embed conversational features into business workflows.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with GDPR, PDPA and other regional regulations.
• Architect integrations with external APIs, tools, and partner systems.
• Lead and mentor external delivery teams, presenting technical direction and trade‑offs to senior stakeholders and CXOs.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in AI solution design, applied AI or technical product roles.
• Proven delivery of production‑grade multi‑agent AI systems (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain).
• Strong expertise in large language models, RAG, prompt engineering, orchestration and memory design.
• Hands‑on experience with vision‑language models and voice AI tools such as Whisper.
• Familiarity with AI observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith) and privacy‑preserving techniques (federated learning, differential privacy).
• Experience leading vendors or distributed teams and excellent stakeholder management.
