AI Product Owner – Insurance

About the role

The AI Product Owner will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered products and intelligent automation solutions across the insurance value chain. You will bridge business needs with cutting‑edge AI technology, ensuring measurable value for underwriting, claims, customer service, operations, finance and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap and backlog; prioritize initiatives based on ROI, impact and risk.
• Identify high‑value use cases, create business cases and value‑realisation frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and data scientists to design AI workflows, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Provide technical leadership on LLMs, Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks (Langraph, Transformer, MCPRAG) and vector databases.
• Ensure responsible AI, model governance, explainability, regulatory compliance and data‑privacy adherence.
• Establish processes for model monitoring, drift detection, prompt governance and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.

Required profile

• Strong experience in insurance business processes (underwriting, claims, distribution) and product ownership.
• Proven ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Deep understanding of AI solution design, governance and risk management.
