AI Product Specialist for Public Sector

About the role

Join SAP’s AI team to help public‑sector organisations in the UAE unlock the value of artificial intelligence across their SAP landscape. You will work closely with customers, product engineers and delivery teams to design, prototype and roll out end‑to‑end AI solutions that drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with UAE public‑sector customers to discover, prioritize and frame AI use cases on S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Design and implement complete AI solutions, including data pipelines, model selection/integration and UI/process integration.
• Run agile cycles from proof‑of‑concept to pilot and production, gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Act as the liaison between Dubai Lab customers and SAP’s global product & engineering teams, feeding requirements into the product roadmap.
• Create reusable accelerators such as reference architectures, templates and best‑practice guides for regional scaling.

Required profile

• Ability to translate business challenges into clear technical designs and production‑ready solutions.
• Confident in customer‑facing activities: discovery workshops, demos and stakeholder management.
• Forward‑deployed mindset with high ownership, tolerance for ambiguity and strong collaboration with global teams.
• Understanding of public‑sector processes (budget planning, execution, grants or funds management) and the market’s specific challenges.

Required skills

• Python, Java or TypeScript programming experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP and S/4HANA.
• Solid grounding in AI/ML concepts (forecasting, classification, copilots/assistants), data modelling and API integration.
• Prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Figma.
