About the role

Join the All Day Dining team at a world‑class luxury hotel, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests throughout the day. As a Guest Service Expert, you will ensure every interaction, from setting the table to presenting the bill, reflects the high standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dining tables, ensuring presentation meets brand guidelines.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and provide knowledgeable menu guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, workstations, and service equipment.
• Handle transactions and billing in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience (training provided).
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unaided.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
