Appointment Setter – Telesales Specialist for Private Client Desk

About the role

Rinova Real Estate is seeking a highly driven Appointment Setter to work directly with the Founder & CEO. You will turn fresh leads into qualified meetings by making high‑volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact fresh leads promptly and conduct high‑volume outbound calling.
• Qualify prospects based on investment intent, budget, timeline, and decision‑making readiness.
• Build interest without aggressive sales tactics and schedule qualified meetings with the Founder.
• Maintain disciplined follow‑up with prospects not ready to meet.
• Accurately update lead information, call outcomes, and meeting status in the CRM.
• Develop knowledge of Dubai real‑estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Provide daily reporting on calls, conversations, qualified prospects, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English and excellent telephone communication skills.
• Confident, articulate and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead qualification, call centres or real‑estate is strongly preferred.
• Ability to make a high volume of calls consistently while maintaining conversation quality.
• Persistent, disciplined with follow‑ups and comfortable with performance targets.
• Coachability and willingness to improve scripts and objection handling.
