About the role
Aldar Education is seeking a dedicated Arabic Teacher for Al Rayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi, starting in August 2026. The school follows an American curriculum and serves mixed‑gender primary students in a modern campus.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Arabic lessons that inspire student achievement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan curriculum‑aligned lessons.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external specialists.
- Organise classroom resources, displays, and learning environments.
- Assess and record student progress, adapting instruction as needed.
- Participate in meetings with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists when required.
Required profile
- UAE national with a genuine appreciation of regional values.
- Minimum of 12 months teaching experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to fostering positive relationships within the school community.
