Arabic‑Speaking Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Recruiter to join our Early Careers & Campus team in Dubai. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for graduate, internship, apprenticeship and entry‑level programmes, partnering closely with hiring managers and campus partners to attract top emerging talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for early‑career positions, from vacancy intake to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment plans with hiring managers and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs and hiring targets.
• Collaborate with campus recruitment teams to produce high‑quality candidate shortlists and manage assessment centre outcomes.
• Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion objectives throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Participate in governance meetings and stakeholder reviews to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graduate, internship, apprenticeship or early‑talent recruitment.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
