Arabic‑Speaking Telesales Agent – Outbound B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Telesales Agent to generate qualified B2B sales opportunities for our technology solutions portfolio. The role focuses on outbound calling, prospect qualification and scheduling demos for the sales team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers and decision‑makers.
• Identify business needs and generate interest in Contact Center as a Service, SaaS, AI and digital transformation solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on requirements, authority, budget and timeline.
• Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, comfortable speaking with senior business decision‑makers.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with Saudi or Khaleeji dialect preferred.
• Target‑oriented, persistent and confident over the phone.
• Good understanding of technology, SaaS or AI solutions is an advantage.
