About the role
Perform ultrasonic testing on TKY tubular connections, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards in offshore and heavy‑industrial environments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ultrasonic testing (UT) on TKY joints, including shear wave scanning.
- Ensure inspections meet Saudi Aramco standards such as SATIP‑NDE‑UT‑01.
- Evaluate and document findings for piping, structural steel, or vessel joints.
- Follow established UT procedures for butt joints and T‑K‑Y connections.
Required profile
- Valid Aramco approval card for UT TKY joints.
- ASNT/PCN Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing.
- 8–10 years of NDT experience, primarily UT on TKY joints in oil & gas projects.
Required skills
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – shear wave scanning.
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco inspection standards.
