Assistant Chief Concierge – Luxury Resort

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, Concierge at Atlantis, The Palm, you will support the Chief Concierge in delivering world‑class, personalized experiences to guests, leveraging deep knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, dining and entertainment. You will lead a small team, ensure seamless service across all touchpoints and help create memorable itineraries that reflect the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the concierge team to provide anticipatory, high‑touch service.
• Curate bespoke recommendations and itineraries for guests, covering attractions, restaurants, cultural events and exclusive experiences.
• Manage daily operations of the concierge desk, including roster planning and service quality monitoring.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai’s tourism landscape and Atlantis facilities.
• Assist in training new colleagues and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a luxury five‑star hotel or resort concierge.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Membership of Les Clefs d’Or (essential).
• Strong local knowledge of Dubai attractions, dining and entertainment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ability to tailor experiences.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
