Assistant Chief Concierge – Luxury Resort

About the role

As an Assistant Chief Concierge at Atlantis The Palm, you will help create unforgettable experiences for guests by delivering anticipatory, personalized service. Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will support the team in delivering world‑class concierge assistance across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Concierge team in providing seamless, high‑quality guest service.
• Curate bespoke recommendations and tailored itineraries covering Dubai’s attractions, dining, entertainment and cultural experiences.
• Assist with daily department operations, including roster planning and service quality monitoring.
• Participate in colleague training, development initiatives and engagement activities.
• Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a concierge operation of a five‑star hotel or resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Active membership with Les Clefs d’Or.
