About the role

Join noon Minutes, the fastest hyper‑local delivery platform in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, as an Assistant Manager overseeing First Mile operations. You will help scale the service, ensuring seamless execution of the Q‑Commerce strategy across a city or cluster of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in scaling noon Minutes and establishing market dominance.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Manage end‑to‑end operations KPIs for an assigned city or cluster.
• Act as the primary operations point of contact for all matters related to your area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or a related field from a top university.
• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, Q‑commerce or retail operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a proven track record of data‑driven improvements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to devise unique solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
