Assistant Manager – Medical Representation (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Medical Representation will ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition infant products to medical and paramedical professionals across the assigned territory. The role supports Nestlé’s commitment to promote breastfeeding as the optimal feeding choice while ensuring compliance with the WHO International Code and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Nestlé’s belief that breastfeeding is best for babies and provide accurate product information to healthcare contacts.
• Deliver reliable infant‑nutrition guidance to medical and paramedical professionals, aligning with current detailing objectives.
• Organise and run scientific meetings, product‑knowledge sessions and guest‑lecturer events for the territory.
• Maintain optimal territory coverage, prospecting new contacts, gathering competitive intelligence and updating the HCP database in CRM.
• Ensure Nestlé infant‑nutrition concepts are present in hospitals, increasing product availability and market share.
• Develop long‑term professional relationships with healthcare decision‑makers and coordinate HCP events, seminars and conferences.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
