Assistant Manager - Residential Community Management

About the role

The role is responsible for managing, organizing, controlling, and coordinating estate operations, maintenance, and administration of commercial or residential properties to maximize the value of the asset portfolio. The Assistant Manager will support contract negotiations, tender processes, and customer relationship management across the property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in negotiation of property management contracts, leases, and financing in coordination with Commercial and Legal functions.
• Identify technical requirements for tendering and contractor qualifications, preparing proposals for property management opportunities.
• Manage sales contracts, property leases, collection processes, lease renewals and end‑user customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, contractual obligations and coordinate utility services provision after handover.
• Prepare periodic reports on divisional activities, evaluate subordinate performance and align operations with international strata management best practices.
• Maintain accurate SAP system information and ensure compliance with HSE policies.

Required profile

• Diploma in Real Estate Management or Building Services (MBA is an advantage).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a real estate/property development company.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of corporate, real estate and retail business, policies and procedures, and workforce analysis.
