About the role
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (UAE National) will support Dubai Holding Entertainment’s recruitment function, focusing on attracting and hiring UAE national talent for its wide range of entertainment attractions and media assets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead senior‑level recruitment initiatives for UAE national positions across the group.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Analyse recruitment data and generate reports to inform hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Minimum 36 months (3 years) of recruitment experience, preferably in senior‑level hiring.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour regulations.
