Assistant Nurse – Medical/Surgical Ward

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse to join its Medical/Surgical Ward. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based care in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with MCME policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a supportive and safe environment.
• Participate in learning activities that enhance employee competence and professional development.

Required profile

• Nursing Diploma (essential).
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in your home country; UAE experience is a plus.
• Eligibility for UAE Emiratization preferences as applicable.
