About the role

The Assistant of Honey Establishment Operations supports daily operational, administrative, and logistical activities across apiaries, processing facilities, warehouses, and retail outlets. The role ensures smooth coordination of honey production, inventory management, and distribution while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across apiaries, processing plants, warehouses, and retail locations, ensuring alignment with production schedules.
• Assist in planning and monitoring honey harvesting, extraction, processing, packaging, and storage activities.
• Monitor inventory levels of honey products, packaging materials, equipment, and consumables; support stock replenishment and reconciliation.
• Organise logistics for the movement of honey, equipment, and supplies between sites, schedule deliveries, and track shipments.
• Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, and health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, production, logistics, warehouse management or administrative support, preferably in agriculture, food production, FMCG or the honey industry.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to monitor processes and report issues.
