Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager supports the QA Manager in ensuring that all products, processes and franchise locations meet the highest food safety, quality and regulatory standards across INDPT facilities in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS).
• Conduct internal audits covering hygiene, documentation, traceability, cold‑chain and CCP validation.
• Perform experience quality audits, mystery visits and follow‑up verifications across all brands.
• Oversee central kitchen operations, including CCP verification, calibration, sanitation and shelf‑life studies.
• Assist in supplier audits, review COAs, Halal certificates, microbiology reports and maintain the Approved Product List.
• Initiate, track and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and maintain QA dashboards and reports.
• Develop and deliver training on food safety, hygiene, service rituals and SOPs for FOH, BOH and CK teams.
• Conduct structured sensory evaluations and support recipe adherence and product standardisation.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Marketing and support franchise QA audits and onboarding.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the food industry and at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and influence across cross‑functional teams.
