Assistant Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring for Aldar Academies. This senior position supports strategic capital allocation and provides financial insight for new business proposals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the 5‑year business plan and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Monitor plan performance, identify deviations and report to senior management.
• Prepare and present FP&A reports, including capital allocation models, valuation analyses and dividend assessments.
• Produce the Monthly Business Update in collaboration with corporate functions.
• Lead quarterly KPI reviews and performance reporting for projects and divisions.
• Conduct financial analysis for new ventures, joint ventures and investment opportunities.
• Assist in updating and enforcing internal financial policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of corporate finance or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced experience in corporate finance, investment analysis and budgeting.
• Good understanding of IFRS accounting, preferably within a real‑estate development context.
• High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.
