Assistant Vice President Sales

About the role

GRID Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President Sales to lead its sales team in the UAE. The role involves shaping sales strategy, managing agency partnerships, and driving revenue growth across residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all projects.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across direct and agency channels.
• Produce weekly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Forecast sales volumes and align pipeline with inventory releases.
• Build and manage relationships with real‑estate agencies and brokerages.
• Negotiate agency commission structures and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and training for new agency partners.
• Train internal sales managers and relationship managers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor market trends and provide pricing intelligence to product teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real‑estate sales experience, including at least 2 years in a senior sales management role.
• Proven track record of building and managing agency networks in the Dubai market.
• Hands‑on experience with pricing, feasibility or market research within a developer environment.
• Bilingual Arabic/English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with market data platforms such as Property Monitor and REIDIN.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
