About the role

Clear Engineering is partnering with a fast‑growing data centre start‑up to expand its Talent Acquisition function. As an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition based in Dubai, you will lead the recruitment strategy for construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide, engaging senior and C‑suite candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Source, assess and manage senior‑level and C‑suite candidates across multiple verticals.
• Lead and mentor a recruitment team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract top talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth integration into the organisation.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and leading recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of senior‑level market dynamics and talent pools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Experience with compensation negotiation and package design.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
