About the role
Fantastic opportunity for a Construction, Engineering or Real Estate recruiter in Dubai. You will set talent acquisition strategy, engage with senior stakeholders, lead hiring teams and manage senior‑level candidates through the full recruitment cycle, supporting a rapid increase of global projects.
Key responsibilities
- Play a key part in global talent acquisition strategy.
- Engage with senior‑level candidates up to C‑suite, ensuring suitability and managing them through the recruitment process.
- Hire across multiple verticals within construction and engineering projects.
- Negotiate compensation and packages to attract top talent.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through integration.
- Manage seamless onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions into roles.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate recruitment.
- Experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
- Proven senior‑level recruitment experience with strong market understanding.
