Associate Interior Architect – Luxury Villa Renovation

About the role

We are expanding our high‑end villa renovation division in the UAE and seek an Associate Interior Architect to join our Business Bay office in Dubai. The role combines design excellence with business development to deliver premium renovation projects for luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect premium villa renovation opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and provide project support.
• Create architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare drawings, mood boards and 3D visualisations.
• Oversee aesthetic quality and coordinate project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior architecture or high‑end renovation projects.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercial mindset with interest in business development.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the luxury real‑estate market is a plus.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D visualisation software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion)
• Photoshop
