Associate – Private Credit Fund Investments (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

This position is with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi, focusing on private credit fund investments. The associate will be fully based in Abu Dhabi and will support the end‑to‑end investment process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute investments into private credit funds throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Develop and analyse financial models for potential fund investments.
• Assist in due‑diligence activities, gathering and evaluating relevant data.
• Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee.
• Support portfolio management, including the creation of strategic business plans when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top‑tier university.
• Experience at a top‑tier bank with exposure to leveraged finance, credit, distressed debt, or restructuring.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven financial modelling capability.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
