About the role
Join a leading global alternative asset manager at a pivotal moment of expansion in the Middle East. The Associate will support the growth of the Alternatives franchise across the GCC by working closely with the Head of Region on capital raising and investor relations for institutional and family‑office clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support capital formation sales efforts targeting sovereign wealth funds, pension institutions, and large family offices.
- Help originate, develop, and convert new investment relationships while deepening existing ones.
- Assist in positioning the alternatives platform across Real Estate, Private Credit, Private Equity, and Infrastructure strategies.
- Drive the fundraising process from initial conversation to final allocation in coordination with the Head of Region.
- Prepare client materials and translate complex strategies into clear, investable narratives.
- Coordinate with investment, product, and senior leadership teams to align market feedback with product strategy.
- Contribute to building the firm’s Middle East franchise through execution and client coverage.
- Collaborate with internal Alts teams and BNP Paribas groups worldwide, including Investment, Sales, CIB, and WMS.

- Ability to work under the direction of the Head of Region.
