Associate Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) UAE Nationals

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable international bank in Abu Dhabi to hire an Associate Relationship Manager for its Corporate Banking team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting portfolio growth, and ensuring compliance with banking standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to portfolio expansion.
• Assist with client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and annual credit reviews.
• Prepare credit proposals and support relationship‑management activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and banking procedures.
• Conduct market research and provide insights for business development.
• Act as the primary point of contact, delivering professional advice and high‑quality service.
• Support post‑sales activities, including covenant monitoring, documentation, and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Investment Banking and other business units to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar financial‑institution role.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products, credit analysis, KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional banking or finance certifications are an advantage.
