Associate - Strategic Partnerships & Venture Ecosystem

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join the Founder’s Office at iACCEL GBI in Dubai. The role sits at the intersection of startups, venture capital, partnerships and ecosystem building, working directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and manage relationships with strategic partners, accelerators, investors, mentors and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Coordinate investor pitching sessions, founder showcases, networking events and one‑to‑one meetings.
• Support portfolio companies by facilitating introductions, fundraising and market‑access opportunities.
• Track initiatives, stakeholder commitments and follow‑ups to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Assist the CEO on strategic projects, ecosystem expansion and special investment opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in startups, venture capital, accelerators, founder’s office, partnerships, investor relations, community building, consulting or business development.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems in the UAE, GCC, India and global markets.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High‑energy, entrepreneurial mindset with proven problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
