About the role

RamaCare Polyclinic, a leading multidisciplinary healthcare centre in Dubai, is seeking a qualified Ayurveda Doctor. The role involves diagnosing and treating patients using Ayurvedic principles, supervising Panchakarma therapies, and promoting holistic wellness within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations, assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans that include herbal medicines, dietary advice, lifestyle modifications and wellness programs.
• Supervise Panchakarma therapy protocols, coordinate with therapists and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on preventive health, nutrition and Ayurvedic wellness principles; lead health awareness sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, dentists, aesthetic practitioners and other professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DHA regulations and uphold high standards of safety and ethical practice.
• Support department growth through patient engagement, marketing activities and community outreach.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Valid DHA licence or eligibility letter for practising Ayurveda in the UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice.
• Strong clinical expertise, excellent patient communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills
