Banquet Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Banquet Manager to lead luxury banquet operations at Raffles The Palm Dubai. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise banquet floor operations, ensuring seamless setup, service execution and breakdown for all events.
• Maintain impeccable service standards, anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly and coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and other departments.
• Coach and brief the banquet team, manage grooming, product knowledge and adherence to Raffles standards while controlling productivity and costs.
• Set banquet budgets, forecast, analyse monthly P&L reports and monitor inventory of equipment.
• Recruit, schedule and develop banquet staff, ensuring proper care and security of equipment and public areas.
• Implement safety, emergency procedures and HACCP policies, and conduct regular departmental meetings.
