Beauty Marketing & Communication Specialist in Dubai

About the role

WYCON, an Italian beauty brand with a global footprint, is opening its new international headquarters in Dubai. We are seeking a Beauty Marketing & Communication Specialist who is passionate about makeup, trends, and creative storytelling to help shape our brand presence across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor beauty, makeup and social media trends to identify emerging product and communication opportunities.
• Support product and marketing teams in generating creative concepts and communication proposals.
• Collaborate on photo and video shoots, coordinating with agencies, creators, influencers and external partners.
• Manage influencer marketing and user‑generated content activities, from scouting to execution.
• Work with product, communication, digital and graphic design teams to produce content and marketing materials.
• Assist retail marketing initiatives, events and in‑store campaigns, ensuring alignment between online and offline messaging.
• Track competitors and market developments, preparing presentations, reports and insights.
• Contribute fresh ideas for international market communication strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communication, product marketing, content or retail marketing.
• Strong interest in beauty, makeup and social media trends.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Experience coordinating photo/video productions and working with agencies or influencers.
• Proficiency in content development and trend analysis.
