About the role

The Bedaya Graduate Trainee Program is a 12‑month introductory workplace programme for Emirati university graduates. It offers a fully customised rotational experience across key Emirates NBD departments and strategic projects, aligned with your career goals and the role you will transition into after the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in multiple Emirates NBD divisions to gain broad banking exposure.
• Participate in strategic projects that support the bank’s digital and future‑focused initiatives.
• Follow a three‑phased, individualised learning plan to develop critical future and digital skills.
• Engage in bi‑monthly performance reviews and regular check‑ins with the Emiratisation team.
• Contribute to graduate life activities, build internal networks and support community initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
• Little or no prior work experience.
• Ambitious, challenge‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a diverse environment with over 85 nationalities.
