Bell Service Assistant – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join the enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Bell Service Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their arrival, stay, and departure are seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and exceed expectations from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Use the Opera Guest Profile system to track guest preferences.
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, including checkout.
• Handle messages, mail, and packages for guests and colleagues, delivering them promptly.
• Deliver morning newspapers and other guest items without delay.
• Keep the concierge desk and store room clean, tidy, and well organized.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel or comparable hospitality environment.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail‑oriented, high performance standards and capable of multitasking under deadlines.
• Technical proficiency with relevant hotel software.

• Opera PMS (property management system)
