About the role

The Bellman provides courteous luggage handling, guest greeting and assistance throughout the resort, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival experience. This role also supports lobby operations and promotes hotel services during guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Porte Cochère, managing traffic flow and opening doors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing luggage, ensuring correct tagging, storage, and delivery to vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage storage, escort them to rooms, and provide in‑room orientation.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and luggage store, supporting Front Desk agents as needed.
• Promote hotel products and services during guest contacts, contributing to departmental revenue targets.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, assist security, and report any guest complaints to the manager.
