About the role
The Bellman at One&Only Za'abeel Resort ensures guests’ luggage and personal belongings are handled smoothly and securely while providing a warm, brand‑aligned welcome. This full‑time, on‑site position is central to delivering the exceptional, personalized experiences the resort promises.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, transport, and store guest luggage and items with care.
- Greet guests upon arrival, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Assist guests with enquiries related to luggage and resort services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front‑desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of luggage handling and report any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a bellman, bellhop, or similar hospitality role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and friendly demeanor.
- Proactive, approachable, and able to anticipate guest needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
