Bilingual AI Trainer – Tutor (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual tutor to help train AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will interact with the models, assess their logical reasoning, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic dialogues with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to gauge progress.
• Design and present diverse, complex problems for the models to solve.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
• Document novel conversation scripts that teach the AI appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Expert‑level knowledge of linguistics.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Residency in the United Arab Emirates.
