About the role
Join Concentrix as a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor supporting the insurance sector. You will interact with customers in Arabic and English, delivering high‑quality service across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer requests and respond according to their needs and situations.
- Provide support and resolve routine problems via phone, email, chat or social media.
- Utilise company software solutions to assist customers in the insurance domain.
- Champion better brand experiences for both customers and clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual).
- Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
