Bilingual Marketing & Communication Executive (Arabic/English)

About the role

The school is looking for a bilingual Marketing & Communication Executive to drive brand awareness, attract new families and enhance the experience of existing parents. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns that promote the school’s brand and increase student enrollment.
• Manage all school social‑media accounts and coordinate internal and external communications.
• Showcase the school to parents, prospective families, press and media outlets.
• Develop loyalty and advocacy programmes for parents and the wider Taaleem group.
• Execute the central Taaleem marketing strategy while shaping a school‑specific plan in collaboration with the corporate team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑focused marketing or communications role, ideally within a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social‑media platforms and advertising principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven copy‑writing and editing ability.
• Creative thinker who can develop innovative campaigns and work effectively in a multicultural setting.
