Bilingual Telesales Representative (English/Arabic) – PropTech SDR

About the role

We are looking for a driven, personable Sales Development Representative to join our all‑in‑one proptech platform. Based in the Dubai International Financial Centre, you will introduce real‑estate brokerages to our solution, creating qualified meetings for the sales team to close cross‑border deals.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with brokerages via cold calling and respond to inbound inquiries from campaigns, ads, and demo requests.
• Research and target brokerages with strong local inventory but limited access to international buyers.
• Build rapport with brokerage owners, principals, and listing agents to understand their volume, markets, and cross‑border pain points.
• Communicate the platform’s value: instant access to a global, KYC‑verified buyer pool, no workflow change, and revenue on cross‑border deals.
• Introduce the free AI valuation tool to demonstrate platform value.
• Book demos, move qualified leads through the funnel, and connect prospects to salespeople.
• Follow up with interested brokerages and maintain check‑ins with onboarded partners to ensure satisfaction and uncover further opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable making cold calls to decision‑makers and building relationships.
• Strong communication, consultative selling approach, and ability to explain a software value proposition to non‑technical audiences.
• Good time‑management, organization, and basic analytical skills.
