About the role
We are looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our luxury jewelry boutique, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business performance. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations while building a high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Drive sales, profitability, and key business KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer and after‑sales experiences.
- Manage store operations, inventory, and compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Analyze performance trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position within a luxury environment.
- Proven experience in a luxury jewelry or watches boutique.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Business‑development mindset, proactive in identifying new markets and customers.
