Branch Manager – BMTC (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Branch Head for BMTC in Abu Dhabi will lead the overall growth, profitability and operational performance of the business across Lighting, Electrical, Water and Retail verticals. Reporting to the General Manager BMTC, the role carries full P&L responsibility and drives market expansion, customer engagement and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a branch growth strategy aligned with group objectives.
• Own the complete AUH branch P&L, delivering targets for sales, gross profit, EBITDA, working capital and cash flow.
• Lead sales teams, build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, government entities and key customers.
• Drive digital transformation, adopting CRM, ERP, AI‑enabled tools, business intelligence dashboards and process automation.
• Mentor and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, inventory optimisation and collection performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven P&L management experience in Lighting, Electrical, Water, Retail, Technical Trading or related sectors.
• Established network within the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic leadership capabilities.
