Branch Sales Executive – Dubai Region (Outsource)

About the role

The Branch Sales Executive will source Personal Finance applications and related products from the local market, ensuring compliance with ADIB policies and procedures. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto and Takaful products within the Dubai region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new-to-bank Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto and Takaful customers to meet or exceed targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports (DSR) detailing customer visits and outcomes.
• Visit potential companies and institutions, finalize business deals within the stipulated turnaround time, and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure all credit applications are accurate, complete, and supported by authentic documents before forwarding for processing.
• Escalate any customer complaints or delays to the supervisor level promptly.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Personal Finance and other retail banking products.
• Good understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and Central Bank requirements.
• Familiarity with service standards, sales processes and basic computer usage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to office timings and present a professional appearance.
• Awareness of local market competitors and willingness to cross‑sell additional banking products.
