Branch Sales Officer (UAE Nationals Only) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and results‑driven Business Analyst to support business stakeholders through data‑driven insights, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision‑making and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Create and automate reports using SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
• Design KPI dashboards covering sales, profitability, customer behavior, and product performance.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy through effective validation and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of banking experience in MIS, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Retail banking knowledge is preferred.
