Brand Ambassador – Luxury Retail (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Brand Ambassador to represent luxury retail brands in Dubai. You will work on‑site, interacting directly with high‑net‑worth clients across multiple channels to deliver personalized experiences and support the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer requests via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and social media.
• Curate unforgettable, personalized experiences for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product materials, craftsmanship and heritage to advise and inspire customers.
• Achieve sales and CRM targets while building long‑term client relationships.
• Provide support for e‑commerce enquiries and basic after‑sales questions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and engage with luxury‑brand clientele.
