Brand & Community Executive (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Community Executive who lives and breathes social media, understands GCC audiences, and can turn product launches into viral moments. This position is based in Dubai and will focus on creating and nurturing authentic online communities for a leading UAE retail and distribution company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Build and grow online communities through authentic conversations in both Arabic and English.
• Create Arabic and English content tailored for GCC audiences, especially Gen Z.
• Turn product launches and campaigns into engaging social moments.
• Monitor trends, memes, and pop‑culture references to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with designers, creators and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Track engagement metrics and continuously optimise content performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, community management, content creation or brand marketing.
• Native or fluent Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z audiences and GCC digital culture.
• Experience in retail, lifestyle, entertainment, gaming, media or creative agencies is highly preferred.
