Brand Experience Manager – Luxury EV Brands

About the role

As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of brand experience and experiential marketing programmes for Denza and YangWang, two premium ultra‑luxury electric vehicle brands in the UAE. The role focuses on creating luxury experiences that attract and retain high‑net‑worth clients while ensuring clear brand differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual experiential strategy and brand standards for Denza and YangWang.
• Plan and deliver launches, VIP experiences, roadshows, sponsorships and other brand events from concept through execution.
• Create personalized luxury experiences to support acquisition and retention of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Manage experiential agencies, suppliers, venues, contracts and deliverables to meet brand and budget standards.
• Oversee experiential budgets, approvals, purchase orders, payments, spend tracking and post‑event reconciliation.
• Coordinate with digital, CRM, PR, social, internal agency and OEM teams to deliver integrated activations and obtain approvals.
• Ensure activations are delivered on time, within budget and to brand standards, with proper reporting and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand experience and events management.
• Proven experience in luxury or premium brand environments – automotive, hospitality or lifestyle sectors preferred.
• Strong project‑management ability to handle multiple activations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
