Brand Host – Customer Reception & Hospitality

About the role

The Brand Host will be the first point of contact for visitors at the EXEED showroom, delivering a premium and personalized experience. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage visitor flow, and support the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors professionally, offer refreshments, and create a positive first impression.
• Register visitor information in the CRM system, monitor appointments, and coordinate with sales consultants.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, manage email inquiries, and maintain daily showroom reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador, stay updated on EXEED products and campaigns, and support events and product launches.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, monitor presentation standards, and report any maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reception, front‑desk, hospitality, luxury retail, automotive or customer service roles.
• Experience in premium automotive dealerships is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
